KENTUCKY LUAU

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Knob Creek® Bourbon
  • 1/2 parts roasted pineapple juice
  • 1/2 parts fresh ginger
  • 1/2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 parts simple syrup
  • 1 ½ parts seltzer water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except for seltzer to shaker tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain over ice and top with seltzer water. Give quick stir to incorporate.
  3. Garnish with charred pineapple.
