That’s why Knob Creek® Single Barrel Reserve remains Knob Creek®’s purest expression of old style flavor. Each bottle remains unblended, highlighting the singular characteristics of our finest hand-selected barrels.

Our Knob Creek® Single Barrel Experience is a program that allows individual retailers to personally claim their own barrel. Participants can even make the trip to Clermont to get their hands dirty with their own one-of-a-kind bourbon (where legal).

While every barrel is unique, we control many factors ensure consistent quality. We distill and age out Knob Creek® Single Barrel Reserve to Booker Noe’s most rigorous standards, right in the heart of Kentucky.

THE PROOF

Knob Creek® Single Barrel Reserve is bottled at 120 proof to preserve its distinct characteristics.

THE CHAR

We torch our white oak barrels to a level four char to draw out rich vanilla and caramel notes.

THE CLIMATE

All Knob Creek® barrels are aged in Clermont where the uneven climate makes for a dark, rich bourbon.

THE AGE

All Knob Creek® Single Barrel Reserve is aged for a minimum of nine years for the fullest flavor.

There are several ways for stores to participate in the Knob Creek® Single Barrel Experience: they can come to Kentucky for the grand tour, they can sample remotely via a custom sampling kit, or they can leave it up to the distiller. We work with each account to make sure they get their own barrel, exactly how they like it.

Knob Creek® Single Barrel Experience bourbon is bottled with a customized engraved plate. Store materials allow customers to discover the story of their bourbon -- from its exact age, to where in the warehouse it was stored.
