- 1 ½ parts Knob Creek® Bourbon
- 1/2 parts roasted pineapple juice
- 1/2 parts fresh ginger
- 1/2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 parts simple syrup
- 1 ½ parts seltzer water
- Add all ingredients except for seltzer to shaker tin and shake with ice.
- Strain over ice and top with seltzer water. Give quick stir to incorporate.
- Garnish with charred pineapple.
