2 9 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey.
¼ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
El Guapo Chicory Pecan Bitters
1 Orange peel
*For The Brown Sugar Syrup:
 - 2 parts Dark Brown Sugar
 - 1 Part Water

How to craft

STEP 1

Prepare the brown sugar syrup by combining the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

STEP 2

In a shaker filled with ice, add your Knob Creek Bourbon, brown sugar syrup, and El Guapo chicory pecan bitters.

STEP 3

Stir gently to mix.

STEP 4

Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice (large cube recommended).

STEP 5

Garnish with a sliver of orange peel.
