Rose On The Rye
- 1 ½ parts Knob Creek® Rye
- ½ parts smoked prickly pear puree
- ½ parts freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ parts pomegranate juice
- ½ parts simple syrup
- 1 ½ parts seltzer water
- 2 dashes Hella® Bitters Smoked Chili Bitter
- Add all ingredients except for seltzer to shaker tin and shake with ice
- Strain over ice and top with seltzer water. Give a quick stir to incorporate.
- Garnish with fresh lime wheel and sage leaf.
