Rose On The Rye

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Knob Creek® Rye
  • ½ parts smoked prickly pear puree
  • ½ parts freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ parts pomegranate juice
  • ½ parts simple syrup
  • 1 ½ parts seltzer water
  • 2 dashes Hella® Bitters Smoked Chili Bitter

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except for seltzer to shaker tin and shake with ice
  2. Strain over ice and top with seltzer water. Give a quick stir to incorporate.
  3. Garnish with fresh lime wheel and sage leaf.
